Earl and Isabella's Taverna is seeking a hospitality-driven Server to join our team. Our Italian-inspired taverna focuses on warm service, thoughtful food and wine, and creating memorable guest experiences.

We are looking for someone who is attentive, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced restaurant environment while maintaining a genuine, welcoming approach with every guest.

Responsibilities

• Provide warm, attentive service to all guests

• Guide guests through the menu and make food and beverage recommendations

• Demonstrate knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods

• Take accurate orders and deliver food and beverages efficiently

• Maintain clean and organized tables and service areas

• Process payments accurately through the POS system

• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service

• Uphold the service standards of Earl and Isabella's Taverna

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of restaurant serving experience preferred

• Basic wine knowledge required

• Strong communication and multitasking skills

• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset

• Professional appearance and guest-focused approach

• TABC certification required

Requirements

• Evening and weekend availability

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods

• Ability to carry trays and lift up to 40 lbs
